Tuesday Throwdown #426: Interactive Card

Good morning, friends! Time for another new challenge over at Tuesday Throwdown ... and it's an fun one: Interactive Card sponsored by one of my fave crafty company - Lawn Fawn.

I have to admit, I was a little intimidated by the prospect of making a card with moving parts. It's been a while since I attempted one of these. I ordered the Reveal Wheel released last year (yes, I'm late!), along with a bunch of other stamps from Lawn Fawn's new spring release (it was hard not to!)  but they didn't arrive in time, so I improvised.

Here's my offering - a pair of chatty love birds - using Flamingo TogetherLove Letters and the coordinating Lawn Cuts. For the clouds I used Spring Showers and 2 dies for the hills: Stitched Hillside Borders and Simple Stitched Hillside Borders. The papers are from the Perfectly Plaid 6x6 pad.

Spin the wheel and it's a happy day!

Now it's your turn to create a project based on this week's theme: "Interactive Card". For ideas and inspiration, take a peek at what the rest of the DT members have made. Remember to link up your project at the Tuesday Throwdown Challenge Blog by 3pm Pacific / 11pm UK on Monday, March 11th. And the most important requirement: Have Fun!

Thank you so much for stopping by and have a Happy Day!

ATSM # 329: Clean And Simple

Hello again, friends! It's time for another challenge over at Addicted To Stamps and More.  For this challenge, you can create anything you like - card, tag, bookmark etc - as long as it is CAS.
If the concept of CAS eludes you (as it does for me!), here's a checklist to help you:

Here's my offering: a simple card using Hog Heaven stamps by MFT. I'm keeping it simple by showcasing the cute little piggy against a plain background.

Here's a closer look at the piggy. I coloured him with Caran d'Ache Suprasoft watercolour pencils.

Now it's your turn to link up your project for the Clean & Simple challenge. Thank you so much for stopping by and have an amazing day.

ATSM #327: Make Your Mark

Hello again, friends! Time for another challenge over at Addicted To Stamps and More. This week we are playing Make Your Mark. For this challenge, you can create anything you like as long as you use something to make a mark. Feel free to use pencils, pens, markers, chalks, crayons, paints, stains, inks ... whatever takes your fancy.

Here's my offering for this challenge. I used a lovely floral set called Everything's Rosy by Power Poppy and coloured it with Faber Castell Polychromos. I inked the edges with Blueprint Sketch Distress Ink and finished the card with a few small green gems.

Here's a closer look at the beautiful image.

Now it's your turn to link up your project for the Make Your Mark challenge. There are so many colouring media to choose from. I look forward to seeing your projects.

Thank you so much for stopping by and have fun with this challenge.
