ATSM #313: Holiday

Hello again, friends! Time for another challenge over at Addicted To Stamps and More. This week the theme is my favourite - Holiday. I used Lawn Fawn's Goul's Night out stamp set to create  a lovey-dovey Card.

Here's a closer look at the ghostly characters. I coloured these little ghouls using alcohol markes.

So now it's your turn to link up your project for the Holiday Challenge. It can be any holiday - Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving, Valentine's Day etc.

Thanks for stopping by and have fun with this challenge.

Tuesday Throwdown #413: Anything Goes

Good morning, friends! Time for another new challenge over at Tuesday Throwdown. Our sponsor for this challenge is our very own Kim Sherrod.

The theme for our challenge this week is Anything Goes. I'm showcasing a word art image by Dee's Bugaboo's Boutique - Ruby Tuesday Scripture Digi. We celebrated Harvest Thanksgiving at our church last Sunday and as a special treat, I created a on a Sermon Takeaway our parishioners, using the word art.

I think the simple design means the focus is on the scripture verse which, I think is perfect not only for the harvest season but also for every day of the year.

Now it's your turn to create a project based on this week's theme: "Anything Goes". For ideas and inspiration, take a peek at what the rest of the DT members have made. Remember to link up your project at the Tuesday Throwdown Challenge Blog by 3pm Pacific / 11pm UK on Monday, October 15th. And the most important requirement: Have Fun!

Thank you so much for stopping by and have a beautiful day!

MHKD: Thank You Blog Hop

Hello friends!

It's the first of the month which would usually mean it's time for a new challenge at MHKDesigns, and also for a new set release. But sadly, as Mynn, the very talented owner of MHKDesigns and card creating genius announced here yesterday, she has made the very tough decision to close the blog (the Etsy store will remain open for the time being at least, but nothing new will be added to it) to focus on what's important to her, her life as a teacher.

And because most of us already had our cards created for today, we've decided to instead make it a blog hop to say thank you to Mynn for all she's done for us.

My offering for this challenge is a simple card featuring a sentiment from the brand new Majestic Medallion and an image from Sentimental Lily.

Mynn, on behalf of all of us—designers and participants—thank you so very much for sharing your unique talent with us. And we wish you all the best in your vocation. We know you will be an awesome teaher.... you already are!
