Good morning, friends. Welcome back to CASE-ing Christmas.
Before we get started, I have some sad news. This will be our last challenge here at CASE-ing Christmas. With increased school and work commitments, Mynn has made the difficult decision to close this challenge after one last holiday extravaganza. A huge THANK YOU to everyone who has participated! We have had so much fun playing along with you each month.
This month is going to be a bit different. Our challenge will run from the 5th-15th so we can all enjoy the holiday season! Prize winners will still be announced on December 25th, along with challenge winners.
We will not be having an inspiration photo for you to CASE. Instead, we have an open theme: ANYTHING GOES: WINTER HOLIDAYS - Christmas, Hanukah, Yule, Kwanza ... anything at all, as long as it's a winter event.
Prizes? Of course we have them! ALL ENTRIES will be entered into a random drawing to win one of three SURPRISE gifts this month. How AWESOME is that?!
Enough chit-chat. Here's my card for our final challenge. I'm paring a brand new stamp - Chocolate Baroque's A Year Of Stamping December Mistletoe - with some really old Christmas postage stamp papers from a 6x6 pad I've had for ages.
Here's a closer look at the image. I've embossed it with WOW Gold Rich EP and coloured it with Caran d'Ache Suprasoft and Clear Wink of Stella Brush Tip for a shimmery water colour effect. The photo doesn't do it justice at all... but it's quite pretty in real life.

Thank you so much for stopping by today. Have a magical day, everyone. Today, I'm visiting my least favourite person on the planet ... my dentist. Wish me luck!
