MHK Designs: Holiday Deer

Good morning, friends! And welcome to MHK Designs' October Release Party. If you are new to this, let me tell you that Mynn Kitchen of On A Stampage has launched her very own line of digital stamps and papers. Over at the MHK Designs ETSY Store you will find the most delightfully adorable vintage designs that work for all crating styles.

This month MHK Designs is  FIVE new digital stamp sets. Mynn has added more Digital Paper Bundles that coordinate perfectly with her digi stamps. These are available for purchase NOW at the MHK Designs ETSY Store.

As a special treat to celebrate the MHK Designs October 2015 Release, Mynn is giving away a set to a lucky winner who will be randomly drawn from all the comments on Mynn's blog On A Stampage.

One of the new products featured in this new release is this festive set called Holiday Deer. You can see more samples by the DT over at MHK Designers and Friends Facebook Group.

This set is so versatile and is suitable for both feminine and masculine cards. I've made one of me for you to see what I mean. And for both samples I'm using Mynn's Worn & Weathered paper pack.   My first sample is a girly version with hot pink, kraft and ribbon. Taking centre stage is the stag - fussy cut and mounted on foam tape over a Distress Inked background. I coloured the image with Faber Castell Polychromos.
Challenges:
Cards & Such #107: Pretty Pink Christmas
Christmas Card Challenge #46: Photo Inspiration
ABC Christmas: U - Unusual Christmas Colours
Winter Wonderland: Christmas With Ribbon

My second card is a more masculine version with a blue & brown colour combo and Graph'It alcohol markers for the image. I've added a small cream bow, but feel free to omit it if it will offend Mr Man. :)
Challenges:
Avenue 613 Challenge #146: AG
Lil' Patch Of Crafty Friends #20: AG
Craft Your Passion #284: AG
Crafting From The Heart #82

  12. Oh this shows so well how to make a female and male card using the same image. The image is generally one would think to be masculine but with the colours you used and the bow to the side, it's perfect for a woman. I love the background with the hint of gold. the 2nd card is also brilliant! It's great for a man but a woman who may not be into pink would also love this card-beautiful Asha!
