Polka Doodles Launch: Frosted Winter #3

Polka Doodles has just launch a new Christmas collection. Remember sweet Octavia Moonfly? She's back in this brand new festive special release called Octavia Frosted Winter. Today, I bring you my fourth sample made with images, papers and embellishments form this set.

The Octavia Frosted Winter collection is bursting with all that is magical and wintery. And to show you how complete and versatile it is, I've mixed hand-coloured digi with pre-coloured embellishment with a few extra bits from my stash to create this frosty number and Stickles.... of course!

Here's a closer look at the image. It's called Frosty Penguin and is available as a separate download image. I coloured it with Graph'It markers. I popped up the greeting on some foam tape. Some silver thread and pale blue bling complete the project.
