Christmas Card Club #2: It's only words

It's time for the 2nd instalment of our Christmas Card Club creation. Our hostess for this challenge is Dawn and she's come up with a tough one... "It's Only Words".  I struggled quite a bit with this one. No images of any kind, stamped or digi, only words allowed...oh boy! After sitting on it, sleeping on it and falling ill over it I've come up with this late entry. (Sorry girls! I'm about 10 hours late posting this!)

The patterned papers are from Dovecraft's Back to Basics Vintage 8x8 pad. I used the wordy paper...perfect for this challenge.

Simple embellies: green ribbon, cream lace, and some green bling.

The main greeting is from WMS Say It Loud Winter Wishes stamped with Brilliance Pearlescent Ivy, cut with Spellbinders Labels 4 and inked with TH's Vintage Photo.

On the inside, more (wonky) words!

The sketch for the card came from Sweet Stop Sketches #197. I'm entering the following challenges: Crafty Hazelnut's Christmas Challenge Extra "February" and Challenges 4 Everybody #13 "Anything Goes".

That's all from me today. Thanks for stopping by and have a blessed Sunday!

Beijinhos!

  15. Hi Asha, sorry to hear you are still unwell hun! I know the ladies would not have minded if you posted this late - next time worry about yourself more than the card.
Having said that this is beautiful! If you can create this when you are very unwell - well that makes me happy because I know we're going to see some stunning projects from you hugs Karen x
